My spacious townhouse is in the heart of the White Mountains at premiere Deer Park Resort. Townhouse has cathedral ceilings, fireplace and comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Living room is equipped with TV, cable, DVD, stereo and sofa. Upstairs in the master bedroom is a King bed in the master bedroom while the second bedroom has a Queen bed with one set of twin size bunks. Each bedroom has private baths, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Step out on to a quiet deck and garden with gas grill and seating. Washer / dryer are available for your use. You are welcome to bring your family along, both the two and four legged kind. There is an extra fee for your dog. While we provide the towels for your use in the townhouse, please bring your own towels to use at the rec center and/or pond if you plan on swimming.
Enjoy the on-site recreation center where you have free Wi-Fi access, indoor pool/spa, exercise room, racquetball, billiards, air hockey, game room, movie rentals, and relaxation by a large fireplace.
In the summer, walk the well landscaped complex or sit on the beach, swim, or kayak in the spring fed pond. Take a leisurely walk to either downtown Lincoln or Woodstock. You can walk to several restaurants and stores. Bike rentals are available in town. A short walk is the Pemigewasset River where you can swim or float in a tube down the river.
In the winter just feet from the door, take the shuttle to Loon for a fun filled day of skiing and come back to the indoor pool/spa for relaxation. Or you can relax and sit by the wood burning fireplace in the living room. You will need to buy your own firewood.
In the spring and fall you can play tennis, volleyball or basketball on-sight. Swim in the pond or take a nature walk through the woods or around the river. If it is raining swim indoors or play racquetball, wallyball or billiards with friends.
One visit to the charming area of Lincoln and Loon Mountain will keep you coming back. Unit is five minutes off Route 93 exit 32.

Fantastic stay! Close to everything, lovely resort with plenty of amenities. Greg is super nice, his place was great for our family. Morning coffee on the back deck, great kitchen with everything you need to cook more. Plenty of room to spread out, or retreat to the bedrooms upstairs. Quiet unit, even between bedrooms. Very clean, well maintained, very functional space. Loved the boom box, the reclining chairs out back, the ice maker, fresh white towels, very comfortable leather living room set. Family can stretch out! Would definitely book again!
