personnel très sympathique, Olga a été formidable en utilisant son téléphone pour traduire nos échanges. Le calme de la chambre. La climatisation. Le responsable qui est venu nous chercher au Bus et nous a commandé un taxi pour notre départ.
C est surtout le site de Booking qui devrait étre amélioré, en précisant BIEN les chambres OU les appartements proposés. Car nous avions réservé sur le site, un Appartement de 2 pièces séparées avec un canapé dans le salon et une chambre séparée. Or nous avons été logées dans une chambre unique avec 2 lits. Ce n 'était pas ce que nous avions réservé. Donc merci de préciser sur votre site Booking : les numéros exacts des chambres ou des appartements, du nombre de pièces séparées par un mur et une porte, de l'étage, de la vue etc..
