Wonderful vacation surrounded by incredible nature! The place is a true paradise – fresh air, breathtaking views, and a sense of peace that is hard to put into words. Every morning it was a pleasure to wake up surrounded by such beauty.
The nature around makes you forget about everyday stress and completely relax. The walks were truly inspiring, and the atmosphere was quiet and harmonious. The staff was extremely kind, smiling, and always ready to help. Their attitude made our stay even more enjoyable and made us feel like special guests.
I would especially like to mention one of the staff members – AKKI. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling. He took care of everything with professionalism and genuine care that you could truly feel.
I would definitely come back again!

Overwater villa with excellent view of ocean and snorkeling off balcony. Great option to be able to go to Hard rock as well.

Overall, apart from the reception staff, the employees were friendly. The hotel’s landscaping was excellent, and if you are not a vegetarian, the food will likely be satisfying. After all, you are on an island in the middle of the ocean, so I guess it is necessary to keep expectations a bit lower.
Having to constantly make reservations for lunch and dinner did not really fit our vacation style. We prefer the freedom to do whatever we want whenever we want while on holiday; however, instead we found ourselves planning all the time, which was quite tiring. Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, being asked for our room number everywhere we went and having to wait for a bill and sign it—even when no payment was required—was not something we are used to. Additionally, it did not make sense that we could not benefit from the minibar despite staying on an all-inclusive package. After paying almost an extra USD 2,000 for the all-inclusive option, one naturally feels discouraged from using the minibar. As a result, even though we chose an overwater villa, we could not fully enjoy spending relaxed time in the room as we had expected.
In addition, the reception staff were generally unfriendly, and at checkout they did not even have the courtesy to ask how our stay had been overall.
Regarding the accommodation itself, there was a bad smell in the toilet, which seemed to be a structural issue rather than a cleanliness problem, and the water flow in the shower was very weak. One night, the alarm of a neighboring villa went off for about half an hour. Although the hotel management apologized the next day and sent a fruit plate, unfortunately we were unable to sleep properly that night.
