About this apartment rental
This little duplex is perfect for two persons (one real bed 140x200). It consists of kitchenette with dining and living area on the first floor and sleeping room with bathroom on the upper level (no doors between floors). It's situated in Alfama, historic center of Lisbon, in a new, traditional, fully refurbished building.
Guests have full access to duplex with private bathroom and kitchenette.
Hosts don't live in the property, but they are available for any help or advice that is needed.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check in is after 15h (3PM), and check-out is before 10h (10AM). In cases when we don't have guests before/after the booked period , check in/out could be flexible, and should be coordinated between guests and host.
LATE CHECK IN is possible
KEY: In many cases, hosts won't be present to deliver the key, key will be places in locker in front of our door. Both codes (entrance to the building and locker code) will be provided before arrival.
IMPORTANT: You'll be asked to fill in the Accommodation Bulletin prior to staying in this apartment. The SEF accommodation bulletin (Immigration service) is intended to monitor foreign nationals in the country. All foreign citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, must complete an accommodation bulletin when staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local lodging establishment or similar tourist accommodation. Usually, hotels/hostels/bnb/short term rentals/etc ask these information upon guest's arrival, but it’s a common practice as to ask them in advance, in order to make check in faster, and specially in situations when hosts won't be present during the check in.
APARTMENT RULES:
-Smoking is strictly forbidden
-Visits of any kind, of persons not included in booking, are not allowed
- This apartment is situated in residential building, so it is important to respect the neighbours and not make noise after 22.00. As the flat has wooden floors we try not to walk roughly, run upstairs/downstairs, etc.
-Please, switch off the heating and towel heaters while you are outside. Don't leave the windows open on rainy days ( wooden floors, etc).
