About this house rental

Piccolo is located at the circular bicycle tour of the Müritz. 2 min. to the Touristinformation with waterfront public garden,10 min. to the marketplace. Monk pond with boardwalk (2min), port / promenade Müritz (10 min), various restaurants, entertainment and shops are within easy walking distance. Downstairs a comfortable kitchen with country-style dining table and a spacious bathroom (10 sqm) with tub. Through the spacious corridor you reach the green courtyard. The comfortable wooden staircase leads to the attic floor with windows facing the street and courtyard. There is the airy living room (20 sqm) with double bed and cosy loomchairs overlooking the windmill. Beside the little green courtyard (10 sq. meters) a 'Siestachamber' with a single bed (90x200) located in the former stable. Piccolo is lovely and authentic, designed partly with antiques and original design. Bike Rental (10 mins), bus (opposite) to Waren (train) and Neubrandenburg, bus with bicycle-transport in season.

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr nett und mit guten Tipps und duftenden Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (Backofen, Spülmaschine... sogar Gefrierschrank). Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit einer Badewanne versehen. Hier wäre allerdings ein Duschvorhang von Nutzen. Vom Küchenfenster aus, kann man dem unmittelbaren Treiben auf Strße und Gehweg zuschauen. Das Häusle liegt zentral. In ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man Hafen und Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliches altes Häuschen, angenehme und nette Vermieterin, sehr zentral in Röbel (alles fußläufig machbar), manchmal etwas laut wegen der Straße (aber gute Fenster), kostenfreier Parkplatz 2min zu Fuß entfernt, funktionstüchtige Heizung, guter Wasserdruck und ausreichend heißes Wasser zum Duschen (die Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang hat allerdings oft zu kleineren Überschwemmungen im Bad geführt... ;-)), Fahrräder können im Flur abgestellt werden, für 2 Personen ideal

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Piccolo ist schnuckelig und für zwei Erwachsene im Grunde optimal. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, engagiert und hilfsbereit mit (Geheim)Tipps. Röbel ist als Ausgangspunkt bzw. Stützpunkt mit Autofür so ziemlich alle Aktivitäten eine nette bunte kleine Stadt. Die Möglichkeit, beim freundlichen Nachbarn einen Parkplatz für 2€ / Tag zu mieten ist äußerst kostengünstig und empfehlenswert. Alles in allem jederzeit gerne wieder!! Die Gegend ist wunderschön und man kann viel erleben!

Die Wohnung ist eine kleine Altstadt Wohnung mit kleiner Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafimmer in der oberen Etage. Den innenliegenden Terassenbereich haben wir kaum genutz, da er dadurch das er im Innenhof liegt etwas zu dunkel war. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung viel Charm und einen eigenne Flair.Das einzige Manko ist die steile Holztreppe die wirklich sehr knatscht aber aufgrund des Alters wohl normal ist. Wenn man nachts mal raus muss, ist der andere definitiv wach. Es ist zentral gelegen und man kommt zu Fuß aber auch mit den Bussen überall hin. Der KOntakt mit der Vermieterin war super und es gab viele hilfreiche Tips. Auch ohne Wohnzimmerbereich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie der Name "Piccolo"schon sagt, ein kleines aber feines Quartier für 2-3 Personen. Vermieterin ist super nett und gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen. Vom Quartier ist so ziemlich alles im Ort zu Fuß und mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Röbel kannte ich nicht und bin sehr glücklich, diesen wirklich zauberhaften Ort gefunden zu haben. Das Häuschen war picobello sauber, die Tipps von Frau Theuergarten hilfreich, vieles hätten wir sonst wahrscheinlich verpasst. Meine (erwachsene) Tochter hat sich gleich in das Siestazimmer verliebt und ich hatte das Schlafzimmer für mich. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön und wir haben den Innenhof eher wenig genutzt, an heißen Tagen ist der aber sicher perfekt. Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend schön, nirgendwo verstellen Windräder den Horizont. Wir haben auf jeden Fall einen neuen Lieblingsort gefunden.

Im Vorfeld hatten wir bereits einen netten Kontakt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen auch gleich umfangreiche Informationen über sehenswerte Orte und Ausflugsziele. Die Räume waren sauber und ordentlich; überrascht hat uns die gute Küchenausstattung! Das Bad ist recht groß und wirkt etwas kühl. Hier haben wir einen Duschvorhang bzw. einen Wannenaufsatz sehr vermisst, da nach jedem Duschvorgang das halbe Bad "überflutet" war.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, egal ob wir die Stadt erkundet haben, den Hafen oder den Müritz Nationalpark besucht haben. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Der kleine Hof mit den schönen Hortensien ist ein Highlight. Die Tipps von Frau Theuergarten haben wir teilweise umgesetzt. Röbel war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Schwerin und Warnemünde.

Sehr netter Antrittsbesuch der Vermieterin am Anreisetag mit vielen nützlichen Informationen. Die Unterkunft ist umfassend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Innenhof ist allerdings recht klein. Die Parksituation ist viel entspannter als die bisherigen Bewertungen vermuten lassen, da in allen angrenzenden Nebenstrassen Parkplätze zu finden sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Gelungener Aufenthalt im niedlichen Häuschen

Das Häuschen in zentraler Lage hält alles bereit, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hier wurde an alles gedacht, was man anderswo sonst vermisst - seien es Pflaster oder die Kühltasche, um nur zwei Beispiele zu nennen. Der kleine Hof und das "Siesta-Zimmer" sind Ruheoasen, in denen man auch bei heißen Temperaturen noch angenehm verweilen kann. Die Gastgeberin hat den Aufenthalt durch liebevolle Kleinigkeiten vervollkommnet. Fußläufig sind Röbels Sehenswürdigkeiten vom Häuschen aus super erreichbar und auch sonst ist die Stadt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Umgebung. Der Urlaub war nicht zuletzt wegen dieser "niedlichen" Unterkunft vollkommen gelungen.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Rosa Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße, aber man kann im Schlafzimmer das Fenster nach hinten aufmachen und hat dann nachts relativ wenig von der Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super Aldi Edeka und Lidl sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll wäre noch ein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne. Aber uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Die Vermieterin ist leider nur per Mail erreichbar das funktionierte bei uns gut, aber eine Kommunikation über WhatsApp wäre besser.
