About this house rental
Piccolo is located at the circular bicycle tour of the Müritz. 2 min. to the Touristinformation with waterfront public garden,10 min. to the marketplace. Monk pond with boardwalk (2min), port / promenade Müritz (10 min), various restaurants, entertainment and shops are within easy walking distance. Downstairs a comfortable kitchen with country-style dining table and a spacious bathroom (10 sqm) with tub. Through the spacious corridor you reach the green courtyard. The comfortable wooden staircase leads to the attic floor with windows facing the street and courtyard. There is the airy living room (20 sqm) with double bed and cosy loomchairs overlooking the windmill. Beside the little green courtyard (10 sq. meters) a 'Siestachamber' with a single bed (90x200) located in the former stable. Piccolo is lovely and authentic, designed partly with antiques and original design. Bike Rental (10 mins), bus (opposite) to Waren (train) and Neubrandenburg, bus with bicycle-transport in season.

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr nett und mit guten Tipps und duftenden Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (Backofen, Spülmaschine... sogar Gefrierschrank). Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit einer Badewanne versehen. Hier wäre allerdings ein Duschvorhang von Nutzen. Vom Küchenfenster aus, kann man dem unmittelbaren Treiben auf Strße und Gehweg zuschauen. Das Häusle liegt zentral. In ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man Hafen und Supermarkt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliches altes Häuschen, angenehme und nette Vermieterin, sehr zentral in Röbel (alles fußläufig machbar), manchmal etwas laut wegen der Straße (aber gute Fenster), kostenfreier Parkplatz 2min zu Fuß entfernt, funktionstüchtige Heizung, guter Wasserdruck und ausreichend heißes Wasser zum Duschen (die Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang hat allerdings oft zu kleineren Überschwemmungen im Bad geführt... ;-)), Fahrräder können im Flur abgestellt werden, für 2 Personen ideal

Praktisch, gut und zentral gelegen, zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten nach vorne hin aber auch etwas laut. (Das Siesta-Zimmer ist nur im Sommer zu nutzen, da ohne Heizung.)
