The luxury villa (120 m² of living space) with a beautiful thatched roof offers every comfort (including a family sauna and an outdoor hot tub for 4 to 5 people). The villa offers an unobstructed view of the dunes and is set in a spacious 500 m² garden. At the rear is a large south-facing terrace overlooking a lagoon. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious L-shaped living room with a fireplace, a luxury open-concept kitchen, a dining area, a separate storage room, and a hallway with a restroom and a family sauna with a shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and luxury bathrooms featuring vanity areas, a full bath, and a separate toilet.
