About this house rental
Our Strandperle holiday home is located on a 290 m² garden plot within the “Strandslag” holiday park in Julianadorp, directly behind the dunes, approx. 300 m to the beach. The solidly built and brick-built house offers a living space of approx. 90 sqm. It is cosily and comfortably furnished and has a living-dining room with 2 leather seat sets, fireplace, satellite TV, (49` 4K Ambilight) as well as additional Dutch channels via cable (provider Ziggo), HiFi system and Bluray player as well as a complete new, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with grill, Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee machines. On the ground floor there is a 3rd Bedroom with a modern sofa bed, the newly designed bathroom with towel radiator, shower and a separate toilet. There is also a high chair and a travel cot available.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a box spring bed with an electric slatted frame and satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, a beautiful baby bed, satellite TV and play station and another toilet.
The house has a free internet connection (40 / Mbit / s) and free WIFI. In addition, a Samsung Galaxy tablet is available free of charge for the duration of your stay in our house.
A new thermostatically controlled gas central heating and the stove guarantee - in connection with the double glazed windows - comfortable use even in autumn and winter.
Extensive barbecue evenings on the property's terrace, the new lounge garden furniture and with the Weber charcoal grill are sure to end the sunny day on the beach in a relaxed manner or enjoy relaxing hours with a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace.
There is a parking lot directly at the house where at least two cars can park.
The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Das Häuschen liegt in direkter Strandnähe. Fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, picobello sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Alles in allem ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Zudem ein netter Vermieterkontakt und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Gerne wieder!

Wir sind wirklich begeistert gewesen, vom Haus (Einrichtung, Ausstattung), der Sauberkeit und vor allem von der unkomplizierten Abwicklung. Wir haben den Urlaub auch deswegen sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns im Februar eine kleine Auszeit gegönnt und haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus Strandperle genossen. Vorallem die Sauna ist wirklich toll und groß genug, um selbst sich zu zweit hinzulegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich ein Katzensprung und unser Hund hat sich riesig über diesen weitläufigen Strand gefreut. Das Restaurant direkt vor Ort ist auch sehr hundefreundlich.
Das Haus ist wirklich niedlich eingerichtet.
Wir waren froh, dass wir Pantoffeln im Gepäck hatten. Leider ist das Haus komplett gefliest und abends auf der Couch für kalte empfindliche Füße nicht wirklich gemütlich. Leider hat es während unseres Aufenthalts stark gestürmt, so dass es aufgrund des Oberlichts sehr sehr laut war. Aber der Sturm war auch wirklich eine Ausnahmesituation.
Es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Immer wieder gerne. ;)
