About this house rental
Casa Ave del Paraiso II is a 5-bedroom luxury villa with a Mexican contemporary style that maintains the flavor of an elegant beachfront luxury home. Throughout the house, you will find distinctive architectural designs complemented by unique art that accentuates the elegance of the spaces. There are 5 en-suite king bed bedrooms/bathrooms.
On the main floor are two bedroom suites and the kitchen, living room, terrace with outside dining space and the pool. On the second floor, you will find three king-bedroom suites, terrace and media room. All suites offer a superb ocean view through the lush jungle surrounding the house. A birder’s paradise!
The villa is located in Real de Conchas Chinas, a small, private, gated community on the north end of the Conchas Chinas development in Puerto Vallarta. The villa gives guests the freedom and serenity of being in an isolated, secure location away from the hustle of many other neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta without sacrificing the convenience of a short taxi or Uber ride into Old Vallarta and its famed Romantic Zone known for its art galleries, boutiques, dining and nightlife.
The rental rate includes housekeeping service and breakfast preparation (food and beverage not included). Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM. There is only one service for the entire group of guests.

Prepare to be enchanted, fellow travelers, as I recount a recent escape that redefined paradise: a stay at an exquisite VRBO villa, perched majestically atop a lush mountain, offering an uninterrupted panorama of the dazzling Banderas Bay. This wasn't just a vacation; it was an immersion into a dreamscape, a symphony of natural beauty, luxurious comfort, and, as we discovered, exceptional culinary delights.From the moment we embarked on the ascent, winding our way through verdant jungle, the anticipation built with every turn. And then, there it was – our sanctuary. The villa, a testament to tasteful design, seemed to organically emerge from the mountainside, its architecture seamlessly blending with the dramatic landscape. Stepping inside, the immediate sensation was one of expansive tranquility. Open-concept living spaces blurred the lines between indoors and out, each adorned with locally inspired art and handcrafted furnishings that spoke of authentic Mexican charm.But the true showstopper, the undeniable star of this mountain retreat, was the view. Oh, the view! From every vantage point – the sprawling terrace, the infinity pool that seemed to spill directly into the ocean, even from our sumptuously comfortable bed – Banderas Bay stretched out before us in all its magnificent glory. The villa is very well maintained and has beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. The two ladies that made us breakfast were amazing.

Wow, my jaw absolutely hit the floor when we walked in! Everything from the drive up to the villa to entering in and seeing the view. I was astonished by the expansiveness, the views, and the bedrooms. It was the largest and nicest house I've ever stayed in. The staff was so so sweet and took great care of us. We got to meet Rolf and his wife on our last day and they were so kind. We felt like royalty staying there and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I can't wait to go back. True luxury and paradise!!! Just wow.
