Nice stay. Plenty of room. You will need to uber or taxi if you have little ones. It is a steep incline walking back up and if out late, it is dark. Overall, beautiful views and very responsive host.

This place is beautifully furnished, staffed, and maintained on a location with gorgeous views and close to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday with both family and friends and to accomodate all with plenty of space.

Amazing!!! The house was everything advertised and more. Paul the owner was quick to respond with suggestions to any questions I had throughout the process. From the time our plane landed to the time we departed 8 days later, everything was seamless. The neighborhood was extremely safe as were the downtown areas which are only a five to ten minute $4.00 Uber ride away. I rarely use Uber other than on vacation and all of the drivers were quick to arrive, drove safely and were very courteous. This makes it easy if you want to go shopping for souvenirs, gifts or just to have a cocktail or meal off of the premises. The staff: Walter the Chef and Rene the concierge were two of the nicest people I've ever met and the food was astounding! My original plan was to have breakfast and lunch prepared by Walter and dine out each evening. After two of Walter's dinners those plans were changed. Paul predicted this and he was right. Living in NJ, we are continuously exposed to some of the finest restaurants in the tri-state area the world has to offer and I chose to dine in every night other than Sunday, Walter's day off. Our dining out experience on Sunday was excellent but I'll put Walter's skills and Rene's services up against any restaurant in Puerto Vallarta and sitting pool side while the sun sets has all of the ambience one could desire. There were always plenty of leftovers for lunch although the breakfast seemed to keep us full until the appetizers and frozen cocktails were served. I highly recommend Villa Encantada it does not disappoint!
