Great little find.

The accommodation was clean, spacious & well equipped. Gareth & Karen were excellent hosts & very knowledgeable about the local area. The location is very quiet & peaceful with great walks & scenery on your doorstep. Anglesey is a beautiful island & fantastic for exploring.

Great Annex, good location, spotlessly clean.

Lovely Annex, well equipped with breakfast cereal, bread and eggs provided. Comfortable bed and great shower. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Nice seating area overlooking fields and a short walk to the high street and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Great place, super hosts and lovely local amenities.

It’s a very well-planned tardis. It’s a great size for 2 people. Sofa and bed comfy. Huge bathroom with very powerful shower. Bed is king size. Own private garden with bench and recliner and free strawberries. Breakfast was provided - instant oats in pots or sachets, lovely berry granola, milk, eggs, butter and bread. Kitchen well-appointed with conventional oven and microwave and air-fryer. Very quiet location and just a 5 minute walk to the shops and cafes and 10 minutes to the beach. Local fish and chips was good, pizza by the beach was lovely and the local Bay View restaurant was great for food and/or drinks on a Friday night. The coastal paths were lovely; Porthwen brickworks fascinating and the Copper Mines were very interesting. Hosts were lovely. They were welcoming and happy to share walk ideas and local knowledge without being too intrusive. Honestly a great stay and we will go back!

Amazing property !

Every detail / amenity/ well thought out. Amazing welcome with font of knowledge from Gareth and Karen, the hosts who told us must places to visit which were amazing recommendations. Annexe pristine and cosy just right for what we wanted. Very quiet and tranquil interrupted only by the birdsong and sheep at the rear again a delight! Would not hesitate to return. 5/10 minute walk to Camaes Bay with an amazing icecream parlour , pub, fish and chip shop and cafe that has a selection of baked goods to die for. Surrounding area provided a.ple opportunities for hikes and walks with hidden woodland treasures that added to the break. Brilliantly located to travel around Anglesey where there are a plethora of must visit places too many to mention and hard to fit all in within the week. Local restaurant that was recommended just 5 mins drive away was top notch too. In a nutshell outstanding experience all round.

Gareth (we didn't meet Karen) was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable about local walks.

The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. It was a lovely, peaceful location that served as a great base for us to explore the surrounding area, with beautiful local walks to St Patrick's at Llanbadrig and good road links to Holyhead.

Superb

Beautiful little Annexe conversion close to the pretty Cemaeas Bay. Everything you would ever need for a self-catering holiday was supplied. Breakfast cereals, bread, eggs, milk and juice, fresh towels, and all the comforts of home. We loved it. iVery peaceful location, with sheep grazing just yards away over the back wall. There were even recliner chairs to relax in the small garden area. Great value and lovely friendly hosts.

Good breakfast provided. Easy access to property and helpful advice re area, bird watching etc. Very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Great for walking on the coastal path. Would recommend.
