About this house rental
this exclusive 7th century just completely restored to it's original beauty is located at 20 seconds walk from the facade of Pantheon and minutes from Navona and measures over 220 square meters with 4.5 meters ceilings, tuscan cotto floors. 3 double bedrooms have a complete ensuite bathroom directly accessible privately from inside the bedroom and all rooms have powerful Daikin silent a/c. the living room is large more than entire usual apartment in the heart of Rome and turns in a 4th extra large room with it's private door/access and a/c tv.
If booking for 2 persons only the main double bedroom will be available and the other ones will be locked so if you are 2 persons but want 2 separate double bedrooms you must book for at least 3 persons. Same thing if you are 3 or 4 (only 2 double bedrooms will be unlocked). This is because the price is adjusted on the number of guests and so is the surface occupied.
Each bed measures 200cm x 180cm and the single ones 200 cm x 90 cm

Looking for a great Rome location??
Look no further. Be aware the building does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage up stairs might be a challenge for some. All necessary items provided by host who was great to communicate with.

This is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Walk out the door and you have restaurants and shops. Steps away from the Pantheon and less 25 minute walk to all the attractions

GREAT location, easy walk to everything, but is in a VERY BUSY and NOISY pedestrian area 200m from nearest vehicle access. The apartment is on 4th floor with no elevator and very difficult for older guests. Apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable but sofas are not. Dining chairs are narrow wooden planks.
