• Additional guest WC near the entrance
• Master bedroom w/ direct access to the terrace
Outdoor Features:
Step out onto the large covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea and fairways. From here, a staircase leads down to the private pool and sun terrace. The adjacent BBQ house, protected from wind, is perfect for grilling fresh Portuguese fish or meat while soaking in the serene scenery.
Rooftop Terrace:
A spiral staircase leads from the central patio to a small rooftop terrace, offering 360-degree views.
Optional Studio:
A separate guest studio is available for bookings of 7 or 8 guests. For groups of 6 or fewer, the studio remains closed.

Please note: the costs for the air conditioning (cooling/heating) and for the gas central heating are not included in the rates and must be paid on site according to consumption. Final cleaning included. For stays of 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is included.
Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The following fees apply for late check-in:
- Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €40
- Between 10 p.m. and midnight: €60
- Between midnight and 2 a.m.: €100
Check-in is not possible after 2 a.m.

We had a quiet and relaxing week at this very nice property. Beautiful view, lovely pool, quiet and peaceful, and a very well-equipped house. Close to the beach, but some distance to shops and restaurants. Requires a car. Britta was a very good host and answered our questions quickly. All in all a very good stay.

Had a fantastic 14 days at the property, villa is excellent with all amenities, good location, 30mins from From large towns, car essential. Fantastic pool, with great views over the golf course to the sea. Britta our host was excellent, easy to get in contact with at all times. Really relaxing break

Wir sind bereits das 2 x in dieser Villa gewesen. Die Villa liegt sehr schön. Vor allem der Blick auf die Lagune. Auch die Ausstattung ist gepflegt. Jedoch wird derzeit ein Golfplatz direkt vor der Terrasse gebaut, so daß man auf eine Baustelle schaut und es ist sehr laut und durch den Staub schmutzig. Schade!
