Very warm welcome by the lovely couple Michela & Max. Excellent rooms and an extraordinary breakfast buffet, all embedded in the outstanding Toscana landscape. Tip for Road Racing bikers: Max Lelli is a former professional Racer and would love to welcome ambitious bikers.

Prachtige locatie , wel moeilijk te vinden ! Michela is een heel lieve en charmante gastvrouw , altijd bereid om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken . Verder elke morgen een super ontbijt , bij goed weer buiten met zicht op de Maremma . Ideale ligging om de middeleeuwse stadjes als Pitigliano , Sorana , Capalbio en het schiereiland Orbetello te bezoeken . Absoluut een aanrader , je voelt er je thuis !

Un soggiorno ideale per Ferragosto e l'estate.

Tutto positivo: posizione, comfort, eleganza, servizi. Michela è un'eccezionale padrona di casa per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità (ci siamo sentiti a casa). La colazione sublime e abbondante con torte fatta in casa e prodotti realizzati in loco. La cena del 15 agosto perfetta: un tavolo apparecchiato all'aperto, atmosfera rilassante e il menu tutto squisito con pietanze fatte in casa. Mai mangiato un maialino al forno così tenero e saporito. La location molto tranquilla e suggestiva, immersa in un paesaggio tipico toscano: ottimo posto per rilassare corpo e anima.

Nulla. Tutto al TOP. Booking richiede di scrivere altro: allora se proprio devo trovare un aspetto negativo, sono le vespe che ci hanno tormentato durante la colazione :-) ma del resto essendo in campagna, è normale che ci siano.

Piccola gemma nel cuore della Maremma

Location spettacolare con vista mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. La camera assegnataci era molto grande e impeccabilmente pulita. Ho apprezzato inoltre la presenza della palestra, che mi ha permesso di potermi allenare il mattino presto come sono solito fare a casa. Il personale, inoltre, e' stato super gentile e disponible sotto ogni punto di vista. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima per visitare la zona. La struttura è accogliente e pulita. La colazione è a dir poco fantastica, ricca di prodotti locali, sia dolci che salati e preparazioni fatte la mattina stessa da Michela. Grazie per la fantastica accoglienza.

Inoubliable !

Très chaleureux accueil des propriétaires .Ce lieu est vraiment magnifique dans un bel endroit situé à proximité de belles plages de sable, des termes de Saturne et de divers lieux historiques. Tout est impeccable et très propre, agencé avec goût et minutie. Max Lelli partage sa passion du vélo avec enthousiasme. Le petit déjeuner est préparé maison. Quelle belle découverte !
