About this house rental

Ideally located, 130 sqm semi-detached house for up to 6 people in Altwesterland with a sunny south-facing terrace and 2 beach chairs invites you to linger.
The domicile renovated in 2014 has on the ground floor a spacious living / dining room with LCD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a guest toilet with shower.
In the 1st Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 single bed, 2 single beds and
 1 double bed), and a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The second floor also offers a Frisian cozy reading / TV room with a pull-out couch. A small shower room is also available there.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. We also have an iron and ironing board ready for you.
You can of course use WiFi and telephone (calls to the German landline) free of charge during your stay.
The well-kept outdoor area offers you a sheltered pleasure on the south terrace with table / chairs, 2 beach chairs and an awning.
A parking space is on the property, others in the immediate vicinity.
The shopping area (Friedrichstrasse) and various beach walks can be easily reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes.

Waren super sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus! Lage und Größe sind top und die Ausstattung perfekt. Eine ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit. Schöne Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich. Nur zu empfehlen!

Akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Entfernung zur Innenstadt nur problemlos wenn man gut zu Fuß ist… ansonsten Auto nötig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche mit allem drum und dran, Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier etc.) Wir haben uns mit 5 Erwachsenen wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Wir fühlten uns vom Erstkontakt an sicher und wohl. Die Wohnung dann selber absolut wie erwartet. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort absolut korrekt und freundlich. Es gibt absolut Nichts zu beanstanden ,gern wieder.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Buchung und Stornierung seitens des Vermieters, doch noch ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Gute und ruhige Lage, schönes Haus. Leider keine Fahrräder.
