Located in Westerland, this welcoming vacation home brings it all within your reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Westerland Beach or the 5-minute drive to Friedrichstraße (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1130-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and stereo.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include a living room, an ironing board, heating, and a dining table.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau so wie es in der Buchungsanzeige dargestellt wurde. Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig und es ist alles vorhanden was für den Aufenthalt dort benötigt wird. (Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, komplett bestückte Küche inkl. Kaffeemaschine, diverse Gläser u.a. Weingläser, Gartenmöbel, Sitzkissen etc.) Das Stadtzentrum von Westerland ist fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten gut erreichbar. Durch den Flughafen in räumlicher Nähe gibt es in der Kategorie „Lage“ einen Punkt Abzug - das weiß man ja aber vorher, insofern für uns kein Problem. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig gerechtfertigt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Durch die drei Schlafzimmer toll für eine größere Familie oder wenn mehrere Generationen zusammen verreisen. Wichtig ist dabei aber zu wissen, dass das Dachgeschoss nur über eine sehr steile Treppe mit äußerst schmalen Stufen erreichbar ist. Also nichts für kleinere Kinder oder Senioren. Dieses Jahr war durch den anhaltenden Ostwind der Flugplatz sehr laut zu hören. Die ganze Zeit laute Turbinengeräusche und ab u zu Kerosingeruch. War letztes Jahr nur an zwei Tagen.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, Garten und Terrasse sind gepflegt und laden zum Ausspannen im Strandkorb ein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Nähe zum Flughafen blieb fast unbemerkt. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Sehr hilfreich war die relative Nähe eines kleinen Lebensmittel-Lädchens.

Wir trafen ein gut vorbereitetes Haus an. Jedoch sind die 3 Etagen nur für Personen bewohnbar, die die sehr engen Treppen auch begehen können. Die obere Etage ist quasi nur für sehr trittsichere Personen erreichbar und wurde daher auch nicht von uns benutzt. Es ist alles da, was man so benötigt, jedoch ist die Ausstattung nicht sehr hochwertig.
