About this house rental
Single storey villa with private pool, situated on an extensive plot of 1,200 meters. Comprising 1 bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, another bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, TV with cable/satellite channels, air conditioning , security alarm, safe, hall, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker with filter, electric kettle,dishwasher, washing machine, so you can travel with less luggage. There is parking on site, you can leave your vehicle and walk 16 minutes to Praia de Manuel Lourenço or easily take the quick 2-minute drive to several beaches. This villa is located on a private property, completely fenced, located in a very quiet area, where you can hear the birds singing. The villa is new and elegant, and is surrounded by pine trees which offers plenty of privacy. Ideal place for those looking to rest. There is also a fantastic outdoor area with barbecue (charcoal barbecue) for barbecue, and views of the countryside, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon, with family or friends, enjoy a drink in the garden by the pool of this villa. Spend a day at the nearby beach, or enjoy sailing, diving, boat trips to the caves, among other activities. Cleaning at the end of 1 week, with change of towels and sheets, and at the end of the stay. Entry to the villa is from 4 pm and departure is until 10 am.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for us, so peaceful but with both shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beaches and more shops and restaurants were a short drive away. The property is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and we particularly loved the pool and the outside area.

This property is in a stunning location, very peaceful, west facing spotless pool, loungers, barbecue, washing line, rugged immaculate landscaping. It’s perfect inside, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen.
We feel however it is let down, slightly, by the already darned sheets that don’t quite fit and some of the towels could have been newer. Maybe some bigger diner plates!
That said we are very hopeful of staying there again and would not hesitate to recommend.
