The villa is located in a nice neighbourhood, close to beaches (approx 10-15 min walk), nice rooms, cozy pool, quiet area.
No issues in particular, maybe a suggestion to renew the garden furniture.

The villa is simply perfect, much more comfort than we could use during our short stay. Maria, the host is an extremely nice person, eager to recommend where to go, to solve problem should they arise, to help in general. The location is a private "village" of the villas and is very quiet and safe. Wider neighborhood is very attractive and easily explorable by the car.
If you don't have a car, the location is a little bit remote in respect to even the local points of interest. There is a shop and restaurant in the walking distance, but the neighborhood (outside the closed area of the villa village) is a bit unkempt to be considered a nice walk. Minor quirks: very noisy dishwasher and washing machine, lack of drinking water filter and just the basic stock of toilet paper and soap.
