We had an amazing experience staying at this modern villa in Cyprus. The best feature is definitely the location – it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The villa itself is stylish, very clean, and well-maintained. The spacious garden with a private pool is ideal for relaxing or socializing, and the shaded patio area is great for both daytime and evening gatherings. Having a private parking space in the yard was also a big plus for us. Inside, the villa is bright and comfortable. The living room is generously sized with plush sofas, a large TV, and a nice dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals just like at home. The bedrooms are tidy and furnished with quality linens and air conditioning, which was wonderful for the warm Cyprus weather. This is an ideal choice for families or friends who want privacy, comfort, and close proximity to the sea. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s ideal for anyone who wants to be close to all the action, yet still enjoy peace and relaxation. All amenities are just as shown in the photos, and the hosts were friendly and always available to help. This place is perfect for families or groups of friends. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Aleksandar! The villa exceeded all our expectations – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool is a true highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind at any time of day, while the spacious terrace is ideal for enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sun. The location is fantastic, close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and all the shops you might need, yet the villa itself feels peaceful and secluded. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions and made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches – from comfortable beds and a fully-equipped kitchen, to fast WiFi and plenty of outdoor space. This is easily one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Villa Aleksandar is a true gem on Cyprus – highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
