This newly extended and renovated two-storey home is ideally located just one house back from the Esplanade and on the access road to the beach. Perfect for those who want to be just a minutes walk to the sought after Surfers Beach and Middleton Point. You’ll love being able to make the most of your time at the beach where you can swim, surf or just relax on the chalky white sands with a good book.
The holiday home boasts ocean and coastal views from the upstairs living/dining and the generous front decking area. There are views to the hills from the huge family lounge with wide sliding doors leading out to a large sheltered rear deck and BBQ area, a perfect sun-trap when the southerly winds are blowing. The stairways from both balconies and inside the house are safety-gated to provide security and peace of mind for those with young children.
The upper level has the recently renovated kitchen that offers modern amenities including a new gas hob, fan-forced oven, dishwasher; large fridge/freezer, filtered kitchen tap water to 0.5 microns and all you’ll need for your stay. Master bedroom with ensuite and ocean views is also on the upper level.
The lower level consists of an additional living area with TV & DVD, two good sized bedrooms, combined bathroom / laundry (with bath),
On the outside you’ll have a paved undercover area, lockup garage UMR with automatic roller door and ample off street parking.

We had a loevelly time, the house was wonderful and clean, the only issue qe had was the bad smell coming from the ensuite, but we just kept the door close. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and anyone looking to get away with the family.

This very well equipped holiday house was great for our family. We had everything we needed in the house plus more. It has a great layout with the two living areas, comfortable beds and is only a very short walk to the lovely Middleton beach and a short drive to local attractions. Highly recommend!

A wonderful location - beach at the end of the street, bike/walking trail within a few metres and a view of the rolling waves from the balcony.
Very spacious home with everything (and much much more!) provided.
We could not have chosen better for our family holiday. So much to keep the children entertained- they didn't want to leave. Highly Recommended.
