About this house rental
Relax with magnificent water views over the Torrumbarry Lagoon and glimpses of the Murray River. The house is ideal for large groups and families with eight bedrooms split across two distinct zones.
For the water-sports enthusiasts leave your boat at the jetty across the road from the property. Head directly out from the lagoon on to a great section of the Murray river – fantastic for wakeboarding, skiing and fishing. Head downstream to Torrumbarry weir, and upstream to Perri Coota Station and Deep Creek Marina. There are boat ramps nearby.
Ideal for 2-3 families or large groups of friends with two separate zones:
The larger of the two has leather lounge seating for 10, 65inch tv, surround sound system, bar table, split system aircon, wood heater, large dining table, well equipped kitchen and walk in pantry, plenty of bench space to prepare and serve meals for your group, fridge with filtered water and ice machine, espresso machine, family size weber q on the back deck.
The living space flows through to four bedrooms:
- master with queen bed and ensuite
- queen bed
- double bed
- two singles
bathroom has a bath and shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Dine outdoors with two outdoor tables seating 16, or relax on the large front deck lounge. Stream your tunes or movies inside or out via the chromecast.
The smaller of the two zone is complete with – a modern kitchen, fridge, dining table, leather lounge, tv, speakers, modern bathroom, euro laundry and a further four bedrooms:
- queen
- tri bunk
- queen
- three singles
Linen and towels are provided – all professionally laundered. Water throughout the house is filtered and uv treated rainwater.

House is great for large groups lovely decking all around including entertaining area with huge table that seated all 16 of us. Green lawns with over the road access to lagoon.

The house was amazing.We had 4 families stay and the setup with the 2 houses for all the accommodation was great.The house was so clise for fishing in the Murray, which our familes love.The large decking front and back was great for relaxing and wat hing the TV on the front deck.Rear deck had a awesome view with the paddocks and cows.The olny issue we had was the hot water in one of the houses, which we contacted the owner through the app about. We had a call from the the company who looks after the property the same day and the organised a electrician and was fixed the same day too.AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!We will definitely be staying again, hard to find a place this great that can accommodate 10 Adults, 2 teenages, 2 kids and 2 infants. Thank you for a great stay.

Great property. Very large house for big a group.Lauren was great and very quick to response to all messages.Location was great and not far from town.Highly recommend this property.
