About this apartment rental
Gateway Grand 612 welcomes you to luxury in Ocean City. As soon as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront residence, you know you will have a great vacation! A stunning view of the Atlantic from your living area, balcony and master bedroom will immediately lure you to gaze out. This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout and also a gourmet kitchen, and large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Can occupy a family of nine. Guest supplies sheets and towels soaps and paper products, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchse for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Regular drip coffee maker.
The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and game room for the kids.
The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. The unit was beautiful but not cleaned. It appeared that the cleaning service started but never finished cleaning because of a faulty lock. We needed to wash rugs and clean parts of the unit upon arrival. We checked in on Saturday and a locksmith replaced the lock Monday morning. There was no sound on the tv in the living room. Maintenance came to look at it Sunday afternoon and was unable to fix it. We were told that someone would be there to find the problem but that never happened. All in all, there were far too many fees attached to the final balance making this unit very expensive for off season and its lack of cleanliness.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The older adults mostly enjoyed the balcony while the younger ones had fun at the beach.
