The harmonious interior with parquet floors creates a wonderful ambience.
The non-smoking apartment has a living area with dining area. Here you will also find a high quality sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Of course, the apartment has a telephone, a compact hi-fi system and a modern flat screen TV.
The 80 m2 sun balcony extends around the entire apartment.
You can look directly at the spa park in a cozy atmosphere and listen to the melodies of the spa concerts.
Our house also offers you:
Lift, 29 degree swimming pool, sauna, bathrobes, restaurant, cleaning, hairdresser and a reserved underground parking space in the house, which is included in the price.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with us.

Negatives: Frau Bettenworth does NOT speak English. You MUST speak German, fluently, to communicate with her. No microwave oven and kitchen is VERY small; no dishwasher or clothes washer. Every pot or pan needed cleaning prior to first use. Positives: Safe, Spacious and warm; beautiful views; everything you might need within short walking distance; quiet other than one night of partying in the penthouse above; excellent TV, but only German stations; medium fast Internet service; very flexible about scheduling changes. We were very comfortable, overall.
