Enjoy the crystal clear Rainbow River from this spacious, welcoming home that will sleep 8 adults very comfortably. Relax and enjoy the peaceful river views from the screened in porch on the upper level as well as from the recreation room on the lower level after a day of tubing or kayaking on the river. There is a spacious dock at the river with a boat slip as well as a separate dock to launch smaller watercrafts.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes coffee and tea varieties for breakfast. Additional staples may be available but not guaranteed from previous guests leaving them or on the whim of owner.
Four bedroom suites include upper level master suite with king bed and separate sitting area overlooking the serene river view and a luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub as well as shower.
Another upper level bedroom has a queen bed and bath that can be shared or closed off for privacy.
Lower level has two bedroom suites, both with queen beds and private baths.

Full laundry room is also on the lower level as well as a giant family room with game table, TV, comfy seating . Take a book or leave a book in the small sharing library or play a board game or cards, or watch TV down here in the more casual lounging area.
In the downstairs garage area which opens up to access the river you may have use of the kayaks and tubes and flotation devices or you obviously may bring your own. Kayak upstream to Rainbow River State Park to the spring head or swim or snorkle the crystal clear waters that are a refreshing 72 degrees year round. KP Hole is just upstream a bit and Swampy’s gathering hole is a bit down river.
At the end of the day you can gather around the fire pit tucked under the oak and cypress trees and enjoy the sounds of nature and unwind. Make some s’mores or enjoy a cocktail after dinner out here, maybe even pitch a tent on the grass or a hammock by the river.
Please enjoy this beautiful property and the pristine river run but keep in mind that this property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac which will not accommodate loud or wild boisterous activities. Please also note that alcoholic beverages and disposable containers and food packaging are not allowed on the Rainbow River Run.
This home also is two levels requiring the use of stairs to both floors. We do like to encourage all to leave your shoes at the door and no smoking anywhere on property is a strict policy.
Also while enjoying the Rainbow River Run it is required that you use non-disposable containers for beverages and snacks while boating or tubing. This ensures that you will see virtually no trash or garbage in the river. How cool is that? We will provide some containers for your use and greatly appreciate it if they are used and left for future guests.

Please consider before booking that maximum occupancy is ten people and four vehicles whether day use or overnight strictly enforced by the neighborhood.
