Waterpark Hotel

The water park for the kids was great. Food - drinks available for long hours.

Waterpark closing at 5, pool closing at 6 > it is too early. Not enough staff , therefore the slides were not functioning in full capacity. The cleaning was done in a rush, and the rooms were not clean. No towel at the pool , no second key card, unless you pay extra - luxury hotels shouldn't do that! No recycling - my kids collected 100+ plastic cups around and from the pool and they were told to throw them in the dustbin. Drunk, very noisy guests are not warned, removed from pool/dinner area.

We had the All Inclusive so we tried everything for the 3 days that we stayed there. The food was amazing the staff was great and an overall experience that meet my expectations. I will recommended to friends and family

We already told to the staff that on our room it was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The room towels changed every 3 day if you change during those 3 days it has an extra charge an was a bit negative for the whole experience

Food was very good

You practically can't use the swimming pool, people spread their towels on their beds around 7 o'clock in the morning and occupied the place for all day, walking around the city, or staying in their rooms, but they still take a sun umbrella and a bed. When I asked the staff what to do, they told me to do the same. The service staff doesn't do anything. Rooms interior is very old, internet connection is poor.

Tofinis Hotel - Consider again

The water park is great Hotel staff - most of the time very helpful Location is good

Hotel policy is to be cheap to the maximum possible extent- towels change every 3 days ! There is only one key for a family of 5 - another key is extra charge. The food is very basic - everything is with pork and same food everyday. All inclusive alcohol is just local one. Our request to make a piza without meat was regected - Kids prefer juct cheese- WHY NOT MAKE IT SUITABLE FOR THEM? Especially that the pizza is at the children area of the dinning room. The pools are not covered at all - you got burned easily. Definitely don't worth the money !

Great hotel, amazing staff, very recommended for families

Amazing hotel, The staff was amazing and kind all the time even when we came back a 2nd time because of our flight being canceled they were kind enough to assist us with rooms. The pool is clean and fun, the water park was amazing and the kids were having a lot of fun there. The food was good and fresh, a lot of different options during the week of our stay. Not related to the hotel so much - the distance to the center of town is a bit far by foot (if you have kids with you), but there is a bus station next to the hotel and you can get there in 1 stop so that's great Overall it is a great hotel for everyone, take the All-Inclusive in order to really enjoy yourself and the water park. We are definitely be coming back next year, it was a lot of fun

Another Wonderful Stay at Tofinis Hotel!

This was our third time staying at Tofinis Hotel, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. We booked all inclusive, and the food was excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious every day. The staff are always polite and genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark and spent hours enjoying the slides and pools. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We can’t wait to come back again!

Overall excellent experience

Excellent value for money. The facilities are up to standard and well situated, no need for excess walking. The kids had a lot of fun with the slides which can be easily supervised by parents.

Used to be a good hotel, needs operations review

Baseline services were ok. The hotel was not too far from a very good Glyki Nero beach. Water attractions are nice, though we used them just once. Food was ok in the evenings.

The room's bathroom stinks. The hotel is overcrowded, the pool looks like a soup with meatballs. The staff is inclined to say "no" to all the requests. Later they might find a solution, but the initial answer is usually "no". Breakfasts are the same all the time: full English in variations, porridge is awful. Lunches are even worse: it looks like the chef is not a technology person, grill pork was usually hard to chew.

Good Hotel, Nice Waterpark, Excellent Staff!

Spent 3 days / 2 nighs all inclussive with 3 kids under 12. The room was spacious and confortable, the sea view was amazing, the food was overall good (restaurant gets busy during pick), the waterpark has the right amount of slides and extreme to keep it fun and safe for the kids and the staff was very polite, kind and helpful!

Waterpark was good

No snacks available at the water park or pool-you must get dry and go to the restaurant for snacks. No ice cream available outside either so a pain with children if they need supervising

The water park was closed and there were no information or messages about that. The water park was main reason for our family for booking Tofinis so we were disapointed. There are no blankets, sleeping only with sheet is uncomfortable

The food experience was ok. It could be better but it was ok. The staff was pleasant The waterpark was excellent. The lifeguards was perfect.

The main pool was dirty. In my 4 days stay they didn't clean the pool at all. The space in the pool was not very clean The main hall didn't had a very good air condition and at night they opened the main doors to maintain the air. They didn't clean proper the rooms between the days.

A very good hotel for families

Our stay at the hotel was marked by consistently exemplary service from the reception staff, who were always available and supportive whenever we needed assistance. A standout member of the staff was Maaz, a waiter who consistently provided service that was professional and warm. His exemplary service was a highlight of our stay, and we believe he has the potential to assume a leadership role within the hotel, such as a supervisor or restaurant manager. His skill and experience could greatly benefit the less experienced staff who made considerable errors during our stay. We were extremely impressed by the cleaning staff. The cleanliness of all areas throughout the hotel was maintained to a high standard, which significantly added to our positive experience.

A specific weakness was the apparent lack of personal hygiene among certain waitstaff, with an odor being especially evident in the hot weather conditions. This issue is one that needs immediate attention from the hotel management.

Perfect hotel for families

Waitress during the meals were very kind. Also, food was excellent. Pool was clean, im not person who likes swimming pool, but in this i really enjoyed and swim. Location of hotel is also great, 15min walk to city centre, around 10mins to beach, and perfect for families.

When we came in room there were dirty pillow cases, this can make me angry, but i got really fast new clean one. After that i didn't want to have cleaning room service, only to give me a fresh towels. When they took the dirty ones they, accidentally picked our babies towel. I cleaned our room by myself. Also floor was dirty, i saw it because our baby is crawling. There were only for breakfast options for baby breakfast, maybe we will get more options if we ask, but we didn't.

Great for the money

the staff was really great. especially the restaurant and children entertainment. food was good - not a chefs restaurant level but definitely edible and fresh and actually exceeded my expectations

bed and pillow could be more comfortable. many childrens room games and facilities were unusable or in a bad state

Nice hotel but not sure we will come back

The hotel was basic but nice. The staff in the restaurants and snack bars are lovely and accommodating. It's definitely value for money.

The food wasn't great, so we only ate breakfast there (instead of all 3 meals as we took the all inclusive package). The staff at the reception weren't very friendly and the hotel isn't in the center of Ayia Napa. We had a car so this wasn't a big deal but next time we will stay in the center.

Pool area was always very busy and a lot of children screaming. Don t recommend if you just want to sit at the pool and enjoy your cocktail. Also, cocktails not very good.
