The holiday home, renovated in 2019, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny hillside location. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a 10 sqm terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and DVD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Common room Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 18 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is located in Balatonfüzfő, 30 km from Bella Stables and Animal Park, 23 km from Annagora Water Park, and 30 km from the Inner Lake of Tihany. This accommodation offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Der Pool sowie Terrassenbereich war sehr schön.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen in gutem Zustand.
Die Besitzer, welche mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, sich aber unsichtbar machen, haben uns äußerst nett empfangen. Es wurden Kaltgetränke zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt.
Die Lage ist im Gegensatz zum Südufer ist schön ruhig und bis zu den Gaststätten,
wo es tolle Speisen gibt, ist es nicht weit.
Das Grundstück könnte sicherlich mehr gepflegt sein, aber in der Gegend ist die sehr nette und ruhige Mentalität halt prägend.

Ruhiges normal gepflegtes Anwesen. Der Pool war super und die Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls.
Der Ort hatte klasse Restaurants und lag etwa 3 min mit PKW vom Badestrand entfernt.

Dům velice krásný a čistý, dokonalý bazén. Majitelé neumí jazyky a nebyly příliš milí a jsou přímo u objektu. Město je z těch chudších a za hezčí částí Maďarska nutno autem.
