The exclusive maisonette apartment was completed in July 2008 and can be rented all year round. We want you to feel comfortable with us and have therefore placed great emphasis on tasteful furnishings. On the living floor there is a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace, television, DVD player, balcony, bathroom with rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet. A bedroom with double bed and television,. A bedroom with 2 single beds and television. The apartment has 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
The apartment in the dune residence is approx. 60 m from the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach and only a few minutes' walk from the town center and the train station. The dune residence is a pure holiday complex directly behind the dune, on the edge of a nature reserve. Here you can enjoy an undisturbed and relaxing holiday.
Various sports facilities, such as tennis, mini golf etc. and a child-friendly beach is available. Two bicycles (all year round) and a beach chair (May to September) complete this offer. In the "Seekiste" or in the "Bikerhotel" you can buy your bread rolls, newspapers etc. from 7 a.m. The beach is about a 2-minute walk and the town center, where there are shops, the medical center and various localities can be reached from the apartment in 5 minutes.
At the nearby port (approx. 1.5 km) you can take boat trips to other islands and areas. There is also a fish restaurant here and you can also find delicious, freshly caught fish here
