About this house rental

Our cottage has 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room and an anteroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker / ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, bread slicer, coffee machine and sink. The bathroom has a shower. The upper floor can be reached via a space-saving staircase and offers 5 beds (two double beds: 1.40 mx 2 m and a daybed: 0.90 mx 2 m). A heater is available and is therefore available in the transitional period and in winter. Two TVs and a wireless internet router are available. There is also a covered outdoor seating area with barbecue area. The house is located in a traffic-calmed zone. Shops (bakery and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance. The distance to the nearest restaurant is 50 m. Arrival is possible from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Departure is until 10:00 on the day of departure.
A parking space for cars is available.
Klausdorf is located in the large community on Mellensee and is one of nine districts. The place includes a historical environment. The distance to Berlin and Potsdam is 50 km to the city center. As a result, the sights in Berlin and Potsdam can be easily reached by car, bus and train. In the middle of Klausdorf is a lake with swimming area, which enjoys great popularity in summer. There are many hiking trails in the village, which are also signposted. Adjacent nature reserves make the location perfect for rest.

Sehr nette Vermieter, problemlos und unkompliziert. 22:00 Uhr Nachtruhe wurde auch nicht zu eng gesehen.
Alles in allem nicht viel zu erleben in der Gegend, aber auf dem Gelände sehr gut. Ein richtiger Steven eben.

Das Haus ist von innen unglaublich hübsch eingerichtet - und genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Die Küche ist groß mit allem, was man braucht, und hinterm Haus durften wir grillen. Herr Beyer war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, hat uns mit Grillkohle versorgt und auch über eine kleine Verspätung beim Verlassen des Hauses nicht geschimpft.
Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr sollte man einhalten können, denn es gibt Nachbarn. Tolle Gegend zum Radfahren.
Eine echte Empfehlung wert!!!

super netter empfang, sehr sauber, ausstattung lässt an nichts zu wünschen übrig. sehr bequeme betten, ruhige umgebung. vermieter sind immer ansprechbar gewesen und haben uns mit leckeren süßspeisen überrascht :-)
