About this apartment rental
This beautiful fully furnished apartment located only minutes from the lakefront and a short stroll across the park to town. Modern and stylish, this apartment has the flexibility to be configured to suit up to 6 people. Book either the two bedroom apartment (maximum 4 people) or the adjacent one bedroom self-contained apartment (maximum 2 people). By opening the door between the two apartments 6 people can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas.
The one bedroom apartment is listed separately on Bookabach ref #5639. It is sunny and spacious facing the garden and stream. Open plan living/dining, kitchenette with granite benchtop and separate bedroom with stylish ensuite with spa bath.
The adjacent two bedroom apartment has living downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has 2 king singles which can be zipped together to make a second double bed (superking). There is a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. Washing machine and dryer are also located on this level.
Both apartments have outdoor patio areas and access to the swimming pool complex with outdoor pool, spa pool and BBQ area with outdoor fireplace and wood-fired pizza oven. Less than 10 minutes walk from town, the apartments are located in a quiet cul de sac adjacent to Pembroke Park and the AandP Showgrounds. There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boat. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet yet handy to town, this is the place for you!
Wanaka is one hour's drive from Queenstown airport via the dramatic Crown Range road or the equally beautiful Kawarau Gorge and Cromwell township.
Lake Wanaka is a wonderful destination both SUMMER and WINTER. Only half an hour from the ski fields of Cardrona, Treble Cone and the Snow Farm, the apartment is a great base for your winter skiing or snowboarding holiday. Boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking - you can do it all from here.

We enjoyed the property as close to town and lake.
Not enough lighting in bedrooms for reading.
No dishwash brush or scrubber in kitchen so difficult to clean dishes properly, especially fry pans.

Host was extremely helpful in relocating us to another excellent property after an unexpected event occurred within the property. We would definitely stay there again because of its location and facilities. Five stars to the host for going out of their way to assist us.
