About this house rental
In winter 5 + 1 pers. 75 km north of Heinola. Lake Iso-Paljojärvi 15 m (length 2 km, breadth 700 m), firm sandy bottom. Own boat, pier.
Log cabin 1980, renovated 2009, living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom 2 beds, 1 bed room 2 beds + bunk bed, sauna, dressing room, washroom, open veranda. Upstairs in summer use only: bedroom with 2 beds.
Air source heat pump.
Heating socket for the car. Slow charging of an electric car can be reserved for an additional fee, you can also ask the owner for a portable 11 kW Type-2 charging station for rent.
Note! Weekend bookings end at 12.00 on Sundays in this cottage.

Das ursprüngliche Haus ist 300 Jahre alt und mit dem Kamin mittendrin richtig gemütlich im Herbst. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Sauna funktionierte super, sie hat einen eigenen Hinterausgang zur Terrasse und zum Steg. Das Boot darf benutzt werden. Im Flur gibt es einen beheizbaren Trockenschrank für nasse Winterkleidung. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe und war sehr freundlich.
