About this house rental
44 km northeast from Heinola, lake Peruvesi 40 m (length 12 km, width 2 km), hard and gently deepening shore, pier and own rowing boat.
Log cottage 1992, renovated in 2007, living room, kitchen, bed room (10 m²) with 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna with wood-burning stove, separate toilet. Upstairs with three beds, balcony.
Wireless network. Dish aerial antenna.
The main building can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
If there are 6-9 people staying, the guest cabin located in the yard, next to the lakeside sauna, is also available to customers for the same price. The guest cabin has 2 separate rooms, each with 2 beds, so there are extra beds for a total of four people. The guest cabin is available all year round. If a group of 3-5 people would also like to use the guest cabin, please add this to the additional information in your reservation, thank you.
Toilets and showers are available in the lakeside sauna building located approx. 20 m away or in the main cottage.
Lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove, washroom with shower and WC, room with fireplace with a sofa bed as alternative beds for 2.
At the lakeside sauna also a hot tub available for additional fee, hot tub will be filled with water in advance.
Pets are allowed, please add a pet fee to your reservation if you are staying with a pet.
Charging an electric or hybrid car from a heating pole or socket is only permitted for an additional fee and must always be agreed with the owner in advance.
If you are coming to spend a weekend and want to enjoy your holiday until the end, then we recommend that you book also final cleaning. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning.
The property is intended for a peaceful holiday, e.g. for families, and is not rented to groups under 25 years of age or e.g. stag or hen parties.
