The apartment is divided into a large living-dining area with kitchenette .a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.
Further, there is wifi, satellite TV, stereo (reception via satellite possible) and safe.
The ca 55 square meters large partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to cozy breakfast etc. The terrace is facing south and west. Unforgettable are the sunsets and clear nights the view of the starry sky.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus. Es ist ein schönes Haus für 2 Personen die Ruhe suchen, schnelle Einstiege für Wanderungen haben möchten sowie Nähe zu den Stränden in Porto Naos sowie Tarzacorte wünschen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen.

Sehr geehrte Frau Vatterodt!
In den letzten Tagen durften wir ihr liebevoll renoviertes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus bewohnen. Wir haben die Insel und Ihr Haus genossen!
Ihre Verwalterin, Frau Reinländer hat allerdings nicht die Gabe, etwas zu einem entspannten Urlaub beizutragen
Das fing beim Treffpunkt an derTankstelle an - weil wir nicht, wie sie meinte 15 Minuten von Los Llanos bis zur Gasolino benötigten, motze sie uns an - trotz Entschuldigung unsererseits.
Die Hauseinweisung war unerquicklich. Kein: "schönen Urlaub" oder: "erholen Sie sich gut"
Nur: die Zeit für die Abreise MUSS eingehalten werden und den Müll entsorgen Sie bitte bei der Tankstelle.
Es werden schließlich 8 Stunden benötigt zum putzen vor dem nächsten Mieter.
Dass Strom und Wasser ausfielen, dafür kann sie nichts. Das ließ sie uns auch umgehend wissen. Kein: "ich kümmere mich umgehend darum". Nur: "der Schaden ist behoben" (was allerdings am nächsten Tag wieder nicht stimmte)
Ein Techniker kam und telefonisch wurden wir aufgefordert, SOFORT (!) nachzusehen, ob das Wasser nun rinnt.
Am Abreisetag erschien sie - wieder ohne Begrüßung (später als vereinbart), fragte ob sie etwas wissen müsse und ob der Müll entsorgt sei. Keine Frage: "hatten Sie einen schönen Urlaub?" Nichts!
Wir sind anderes von Ihrer Organisation gewöhnt. Schade! In dieses Haus kommen wir sicher nicht mehr!
