Casa rural Los Dragos

Everything was very good. Clear instructions, easy contact with host, clean house with a great garden.

Just being picky, there was tea available but no coffee (either bring some or visit a local bar nearby) The water heater was turned off, it would’ve been less of a surprise if it was on or a note made on the welcome instructions But those are minor details… Really great house in wonderful plot with good facilities nearby and very relaxing.

The location was excellent. The accommodation was wonderfully comfortable and spacious and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we had during our entire visit to the island and it was fantastic to have bedding that could be adjusted and layered to suit the temperature, instead of one thick duvet only, which almost all other places give you and which are always too hot. We arrived on the day that Storm Therese unleashed and the property stayed dry and secure. To keep the chill of the storm at bay, we kept the lounge cosy by closing all interleading doors and putting the heater on. It's close to a restaurant, Spar supermarket and bakery - all very convenient.

The wooden shutter doors in the main bedroom did rattle around all night, but to be fair we were there at the worst possible time with the howling winds of Storm Therese, so perhaps not a fair comment in the circumstance. There really wasn't anything not to like. A few more kitchen utensils (cutting knives, spoons etc) wouldn't go amiss. Whilst it was good to have private parking, the parking space was quite tricky.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí. La casa parece sacada de un cuento: cada rincón está cuidado con mimo, combinando comodidad y un encanto muy especial. Se nota la atención a los detalles, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más acogedora. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable. Además, Lionel fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveremos.

Le jardin est un havre de paix, bien entretenu, avec des fleurs variées, un néflier, des dragonniers et l’on peut s’y prélasser pendant des heures. Je recommande cet appartement de plein pied, où l’on peut se garer et qui est bien situé : on peut aller à pied aux volcans San Antonio et Teneguía. Les salines de Fuencaliente sont faciles d’accès en voiture. Et il y a un restaurant typique juste derrière la maison.

Petit détail bon à savoir : il y a un autre appartement contigu et l’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoyez des boules quiès pour un sommeil paisible.
