The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the upper floor and leads over an internal stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen with dinette, induction cooker (4 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The owner has their own dog. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. Channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein paar kleine Abstriche. Leider gab es keine Reinigungsmittel (Besen, Staubsauger u.ä.) um zwischendurch mal etwas sauber machen zu können. Auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin hätte man es aber sicher bekommen 😉�da zu unserer Grundausstattung bei Aufenthalten in WeFos unser eigenes Besteck(scharfe Messer) und Kochlöffel gehört, war auch das Kochen im Objekt kein Problem. Den Pool im Garten haben wir gerne zum Ausklang des Tages genutzt. Die Sitzecke mit Kühlschrank im Garten extra für die Urlauber, war unser abendliches Domizil. Da wir die Region um Gyenesdiás bereits kannten, brauchten wir nur bei guten Restaurants die Empfehlung der Vermieterin.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Fam. Penzer..
