In the middle of it all, yet on a quiet street in the charming and historic old Austin neighborhood of Clarksville.
The 4 bdr, 3 bth house features high ceilings, large glass windows and plenty of natural light, hardwood floors, a full open fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, two open and large living areas (both with flat screen TVs and one with a gas fireplace), a music room with sofa and music instruments, a lovely back patio with large dining table and grill, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (and plenty of detergent).
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people; three bedrooms upstairs - the large master, with a king bed, desk, computer monitor, sitting area and a private master bathroom with a big tub and walk-in shower, a queen bedroom with a large attached guest bathroom offering 3 sinks and a shower tub combo, and a third king bedroom - one queen bedroom downstairs next to the third bathroom with a shower tub combo, The upstairs, split level living room/den has a sectional sofa, coffee table and chaise with a 70" smart TV, a printer, exercise bike and plenty of light.
We have high speed Gigabit fiber wireless internet, blow dryers, laundry detergent, shampoo and soaps - and strive to keep the house well stocked.
There is free parking for two cars on the driveway.
We’re very happy, whenever possible, to accommodate early check-in and late check-out, and are available for any and all questions before and during your stay, both by phone and via email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to city laws/regulations, no events, receptions or gatherings are permitted, which means that if you're coming for an event (wedding, graduation, festivals etc.), no side events (for example family luncheons/dinners/gatherings with friends and family residing in other properties, etc.) can take place at the property. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and are on the other end of the line for any questions about our rules and policies.
Please also note: for security purposes, we have 2 outside cameras facing the street.
