-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.

-Additional deposits may be required.
-(1) Pet Allowed with Approval. Pet Fee and Refundable Pet Deposit Required.
-There is a Ring camera overlooking the backyard.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MEETINGS OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The house was very well appointed and comfortable, the host was very accommodating and communicated well with us throughout the planning process. The house was in an amazing location that made it so that we we’re incredibly close to just about everything in the downtown area (it became a joke that everything was between 10-15 minutes away no matter what we were trying to do). The house has multiple different “spaces” that made accommodating the different groups in our party super easy, and the living room was very comfy with the fire place and comfy lounging chairs and sofas.

The house was spacious, clean really a gem in Austin. It suited our purposes for having a central hub for one side of the family for a wedding perfectly.
