About this apartment rental
The apartment adjoins an old barn, which has now been redesigned for structural reasons (age, decay).
It is located off the road with a small terrace, which adjoins a spacious lawn area, with Bilck over the water to the mainland.
The holiday apartment is completely redesigned - want to combine ideal for one or two people, the tranquility and proximity to one another. The covered terrace invites you to linger even with raindrops.
We ask you not to smoke in the apartment - but to use the terrace.
A large glass front offers a view of the living / dining area on the garden and Strelasund.
The living / dining area is furnished with two comfortable rocking chairs, of which one at breakfast on cold days the feeling has to sit in the fresh air.
A Smart TV and music system in the living area allow access to the "world" as well as the free Internet.
The small kitchenette includes a fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove ... Everything need what man or woman to leisurely start to the day.
In the rear there is the cozy corner - with box spring and a second SmartTv - if you yet again wishes to withdraw on the day itself, provides the bed behind the wall to the living area a cozy retreat without being totally excluded from the action.
The modern bathroom with a window offers everything you can not miss even on vacation. This includes a spacious shower, a raised mounted HängeWC and a small washbasin and a Led lighting which can be adapted to the individual mood.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, to regulate isolated bathroom and living area.
The terrace is covered by a pergola and equipped with a solar sail.
A free parking is right on the property.
To achieve a well-developed road from Stralsund on the Rügenbrücke or May to October on the ferry just across the Motorway Greifswald (A 20). The ferry is directly between Stahlbrode and Glewitz.
The ferry terminal and the newly built marina are offside the property.
After 100 meters walk you are at the natural beach.
The cycle starts from the road at the exit and invites to long rides into the countryside one.
The service includes the provision of linen and towels with weekly change or need.
Free internet and all utilities are included in the rental price.
It is possible to rent bicycles.

Die Unterkunft, Aussicht und Lage sind genauestens beschrieben. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt . Die Terrrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Klasse Vermieter, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert und hilfreiche Tipgeber zur Freizeitgestaltung. Gute Ausgangslage für Erkundungstouren der Insel. Alles in allem einfach wundervoll. Rügen ist eine Reise wert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Dortmund/Wuppertal

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter/..in. Toller Tip.. Nautilus. Leider wurde Rügen von einer Mückenplage heimgesucht und das Wetter war so lala. Die Unterkunft kann man getrost weiter empfehlen.

Das Apartment ist wie in der Beschreibung klein aber modern gehalten. Für 2 Erwachsene mit einem großen Hund jedoch zu klein. Die Lage ist äußert ruhig und es besteht keine Möglichkeit von Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Mindestens 40 Minuten Fahrt zu einem anderen Ort mit dem Auto muss man investieren. Für junge Leute ist es definitiv zu ruhig und nicht empfehlenswert. Im großen und ganzen waren es nette Tage aber wir würden nicht erneut dort Urlaub machen. Für Menschen die jedoch komplett von der Außenwelt abgeschottet sein wollen,Ist es der richtige Ort.
