Villa Tahona by Villalia

Architektonisch wunderbar, schöne ruhige Lage am Fuße eines kleineren Vulkankraters. Kleiner privater und beheizter Pool! bequeme Betten, 2 große Terrassen ( nach Osten und nach Westen) mit Sonne über den ganzen Tag. Hübsche Einrichtung. Sehr hilfsbereites; jederzeit erreichbares und freundliches Personal.

Einrichtungszustand ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen…eine Renovierung wäre bei dem aufgerufenen Preis dringend notwendig: Möbelkanten lösten sich ab, Terrassenscheiben waren zT gerissen, Küchenschränke recht ramponiert, das WLAN ist sehr (!!) langsam und instabil: am Abend zB einen Netflix Film zu sehen: unmöglich… Immer wieder Kakerlaken in der Küche

La villa en general es perfecta para unas vacaciones, tienes de todo, la zona exterior con la piscina un lujo.Camas cómodas .Tuvimos alguna petición y Monty y Dayana la resolvieron rápidamente, muy amables, muchas gracias.

Excellent location, away from the town, need a car but knew that from the map and we are happy to drive around. The villa on arrival is impressive, lovely decor and pool.

I have sent detailed feedback to the contact, but the main points are There are areas of desperate need of maintenance - leak in en suite shower, showing through on both walls, floor tile broke in kitchen, microwave smoked when used, door in main bathroom does not lock to outside - 8ft wall so not totally insecure but to anyone who knows this could easily use a ladder and enter the property. Cockroaches in kitchen every day. The pool is not acceptable - warm but green and stains bodies and swimwear. Pool maintenance showed us the PH level test sticks so happy with that and was told it was our fault for wearing sun-cream in the pool. However, for me that isn't acceptable, yes I appreciate it can change water slightly but not staining swimwear whereby they have had to be thrown away. We have never had this in any other pool and always where sun-cream. For me, I read the reviews beforehand and what is disappointing as that every thing I have mentioned (apart from insecure door) has been mentioned before and doesn't seem to be rectified, just patched up, It is a such a lovely villa and we had a great time.
