It was right at the ski slopes, and had a separate locker room for ski equipment. The staff was very friendly, and even insisted on driving us down to the parking when we left. The room was incredibly spacious, very clean and the breakfast was good, switching every other day. The hotel had its own little shop as well. They even had discounts for ski rental shops if you mentioned that you were staying at their hotel.

Location, staff, facilities were all perfect. Met at the station by the minibus which made our trip so much easier we will book again next winter for sure thank you

This hotel has to be the newest hotel at RYUOO SKI PARK. It was newly renovated in 2018 (i'm told) and it feels like it's been well maintained. It's location is also very convenient as a true ski in/ ski out hotel right on the slope and only a few hundreds meters walk from The Base, where you purchase your lift tickets. They even provide lockers to store your ski equipment and the best part, a free shuttle upon reservation to shuttle you to and from Iiyama Station.
The food at the hotel restaurant could be a little bit better for the price.

Location was right on the beginning of the ski slope - perfect location
The staff have no idea what's going on. They didn't even know where to get coffee. They told us that the rental ski clothes place did not have gloves, we ended up driving 30 minutes away to purchase gloves just to find out that the ski rental store.. next door to the hotel.. had gloves for a quarter of the price.
