The upper level consists of a comfortable open plan living and dining area with multiple windows and sliding doors, creating a spacious indoor/outdoor feel. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and microwave, and there is a master bedroom with lovely views and an ensuite bathroom.
The lower level has a second entertaining area with TV and DVD player, kitchenette, meals area and an eight ball table, additional three bedrooms, bathroom with separate facilities and a laundry.
Port Elliot is one of the most desirable destinations on the South Coast. With the chalky white sands and the gentle rolling waves of beautiful Horseshoe Bay or the uncrowded expanse of nearby Boomer Beach, water activities and soaking up the sun will be a delight. You will be only minutes to cafes, restaurants, hiking, cycling and multiple tourist attractions in the neighbouring townships of Middleton, Goolwa and Victor Harbor. Perfect location, quiet street, close to beaches and the Strand. Well presented property which was perfect for our needs. Easily accommodated 8 of us (mixture of adults and kids). Will look to book again next summer.
