About this house rental
Between the small house and the duplex, this accommodation is perfect for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Roscoff. It is located at the entrance of the secure residence of Pontigou ideally located between the city and the sea. In fact you can do your shopping on foot (the Casino store is 3 minutes walk), go to the beach (6 minutes walk), downtown and the old port (7 minutes walk).
It is a small house in joint ownership with four identical.
If you come by car, you can park in the car park in front of the housing estate, which saves you from looking for a place. The accommodation itself is new, not overlooked, and welcoming. It consists
- a small entrance with wc, a large wall cupboard and a laundry room with washing machine.
- a large living room with kitchen lit by a window that gives the parking side, small integrated table for breakfast or prepare the kitchen, a living room with TV and another round table in front of the bay window overlooking the terrace outdoor and garden.
- a room on the floor of comfortable size and which also gives side garden.
-d a bathroom with a second toilet, a sink with cupboard and a bath that also shower. It is lit by a large velux.

Jolie demeure très bien située et bien équipée. Petit message d'accueil fort sympathique et très bon échange avec la propriétaire du logement. Pas de WIFI mais pas indispensable car le réseau est très bon. Merci pour ce séjour sympathique dans cette très belle région.

Manque un micro ondes, poubelle et porte-manteaux dans la salle de bains. Une notice d'utilisation de son chauffage serait un plus.
