Vista Mare Beach Apartments by Porto City Hosts

La situation était top, au bord de la mer avec une très chouette terrasse. Étant amateur de surf, je ne pouvais trouver plus bel endroit. Le village est très calme avec seulement deux commerces et trois ou quatre bars ou restaurants. Une promenade de 2km le long de la mer permet de rejoindre Esmoriz, un peu plus animé. L'appartement est bien spacieux et bien équipé, même si c'est parfois du matériel un peu bon marché.

Le moins agréable a été le confort du lit. Celui-ci grinçait beaucoup à chaque fois qu'on se retournait. Le matelas semblait bon mais le sommier n'était qu'une planche de contreplaqué, ce qui provoquait sans doute ce bruit, mais aussi des maux de dos. Remplacer cette planche par un véritable sommier à lattes ne serait pas un luxe. Certains meubles semblent aussi fort fragiles (portes de meubles déréglées par exemple). Du matériel divers est mis à notre disposition, mais nous avons été un peu étonnés de voir que nous avions une demie éponge à vaisselle et un petit morceau découpé d'une lavette. On sent le besoin de faire de l'économie. Le dernier soir, il y a aussi eu beaucoup de bruit de vaisselle en provenance de la cuisine du restaurant, juste en dessous. Mais c'était anecdotique. Dans l'ensemble, c'était cependant très agréable.

Il letto è alla francese come in descrizione quindi un po stretto per chi è abituato al matrimoniale, ma comunque comodo. Nei dintorni c'è ampia disponibilità di parcheggio e attività come ristoranti e bar. La posizione è strategica perché lontano dal traffico della città, ma comunque Porto e i paesi vicini si possono raggiungere comodamente in treno direttamente di Cortegaça, evitando di impazzire per parcheggi molto costosi. I dintorni sono molto belli per passeggiate lungo la costa e spiagge di sabbia

Er was nogal wat mis met onderhoud en schoonmaak. Zo was het rolluik in de slaapkamer kapot bij aankomst, werd wel de volgende dag al gerepareerd. Ook handvat van keukenkastje was eraf, kraan zat los etc. Wat ons echt tegenstond was het feit dat de koelkast niet was schoongemaakt en er nog boodschappen van de vorige bewoners inzaten.

The Cafe downstairs nearby was very efficient offering nice meals and drinks with a good price, staff were friendly Accessibility to the beach was good. Restaurants available in local area. Nice food good service.

Was supposed to be a beachfront facing apartment view. Was a side view of the beach with the cafe bar below. Uncomfortable sleep at night as the lights from caravan camp were hitting the window in the bedroom and there were no curtains to block out that light. Cafe would start working early in the morning, so it was noisy from early morning. Really bad smell of sewage coming from the street some mornings. We had 2 keys and nobody explained what they were for. The key for the entrance hall never worked. We had to pay extra 60 Euros because the door got locked taking the wrong key out. There was no one to provide an extra pair of keys so a locksmith was required. The water in the shower constantly leaked onto the bathroom floor from the inner corner of the bath. There was lack of information of local amenities (shops weren't open, irregular opening times). QR code for the instructions leaflet of the flat amenities wasn't updated or accurate.
