About this house rental
This is how holiday areas look like under thatch: The Friesenkate "Kliemkiker" was built in 2016 and offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for from a modern holiday home. 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people and a nearly 1000 square meters Grundstrück with stunning views, located directly on the Wadden Sea National Park.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Another, barrier-free bathroom with toilet and shower is located on the ground floor. In the stylish living room you can spend cozy evenings with log fire on the antique Friesenofen, enjoy exciting entertainment on the flat-screen TV and the Blueray player or usher in family and friends a game night at the large dining table.
The open kitchen is equipped to the last detail: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine (filter size 4), espresso machine, kettle, espresso machine and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, a laundry room, iron and ironing board are available in the utility room.
The large garden has three wind-protected and - depending on the time of day - sunny terraces. In this non-smoking house four-legged friends (one dog, maximum knee-high) are welcome. The large property is limited by a fence about 80 cm high. W-LAN is available for free. Three parking spaces are available on the large driveway to the house.
