About this villa rental
Wonderful Charming Villa, in the suggestive Ibla countryside, among olive, carob trees, and the characteristic " stone walls". Only a few kilometers from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa (Blue Flag) and Punta Secca (Green Flag). Not far from the magic of historic cities of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Siracusa, ( Unesco heritage ), and the evocative castle of Donnafugata.
The villa, built in 1860, has been recently restored preserving all the original charm of a nineteenth-century villa. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it is the perfect place for those who want a holiday in harmony with nature, in total relax, close to the sea and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto.
The villa consists of seven large rooms of charm, including two luxury suites, a dining room with equipped kitchen, swimming pool with night lighting, large furnished solarium, large green area with BBQ and a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the sea on the horizon.
All rooms overlook the “baglio” and are equipped with every comfort: charming furnishings, TV, air conditioning hot / cold, safe, minibar, some even have a small kitchen inside. There are a total of 16 beds available.
Upon request, it is possible to book and add another 4 beds in another large baronial apartment (Master Suite) in ancient Sicilian style consisting of a kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2), double bedroom (sleeps 2) and bathroom with shower.

ROOM NUMBER 3:
Double room in shabby chic style + bathroom with shower + Small kitchen (only for cook: coffee, herbal tea, tea or baby food ). Can communicate with room number 2.

Double room in shabby chic style + bathroom with shower.
ROOM NUMBER 5:
Double bedroom in antique and modern style + bathroom with shower + small kitchen (only for cook: coffee, herbal tea, tea or baby food ).
ROOM NUMBER 6:
Double room in antique and modern style + bathroom with shower + small kitchen (only for cook: coffee, herbal tea, tea or baby food ).
ROOM NUMBER 7:
Double Luxury Suite in classic Sicilian style and modern industrial style with sea view on the horizon (mezzanine):
a) Ground floor: 1 double bed + 1 bathroom with shower;
b) Mezzanine: 1 double bed + 1 bathroom with shower;
The room is communicating: recommended for a family (see photo).

The panoramic terrace: placed above the baglio, dominates the whole structure with a breathtaking view. At sunset it is the ideal place for an aperitif, to enjoy the view of the countryside with the sea on the horizon.
The pool ( 13 mt X 5 mt X 1,40 mt ) with a large veranda-solarium, ideal for relaxing moments. Shower area with bathroom and barbecue area.

As a family of various ages, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property surrounded by countryside. It had everything we needed and had been restored to a very high standard. We would love to visit again one day. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time - the bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed and location very peaceful. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and the bigger towns are at least 45 min drive but easy to access as are the lovely beaches with their fish restaurants. The owners were fantastic in dealing with any issues - we didn’t hear anything from the agent manager at all during our stay. The only minor issue is that if the weather is not great the only place to gather is the kitchen, which is large enough and became the focus for our evenings.

From the booking to the property.
Absolutely awesome. The hosts were more then accommodating. The rooms were amazing. The property was breathtaking. The pool was crstal clear and humongous. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The hosts were 💯 on point. Elena was a pleasure to work with.

The property was amazing! Perfect for exploring the cultural, historic and cultural highlights of the area including Ragusa Noto Modica Syracusa etc. while we went in the off season the combination of a beautiful pool and close proximity to various beaches make it ideal for spring and summer months. It is also surrounded by farmland isolating it from any noise neighbours or traffic. Kitchen was excellently equipped as were the bedrooms. Master bedroom was impressive. Hosts were attentive, responsive and full of information.
