Posizione ottima, parcheggio privato in residence, casa pulita e confortevole.

La posizione leggermente fuori dal caos della Croisette, con la vicinanza immediata di 2 spiagge liberi , considerando i prezzi del beach club di agosto , possibilità del posteggio in una strada privata impagabile! La casa è dotata di tutto : aria condizionata , cucina separata , il terrazzo , la televisione gigante , ferro da stiro , ecc , utensili per la spiaggia , host Angelo risponde immediatamente, arrivi al inizio della croisette in 5 min , più verso il vecchio porto in autobus in 20 min con 1,80 di euro , paghi direttamente sul autobus , Harris bar e locali molto chic a 5 min a piedi , ci tornerei sempre .

The apartment the beaches etc etc

There is nothing to dislike.

A quiet location close to La Croisette, with hassle-free parking in a gated area. The apartment is in an older building but has been relatively modernly renovated. In terms of value for money, it’s reasonable. Communication with the host was smooth, even though everything was handled remotely.

The apartment is really very small. It looks much larger in the photos. For four people, it’s only suitable for stay overnight, not for "living". There is almost no storage space or hooks available. We had to keep everything in our suitcases, but there was nowhere to put them. We stayed for three nights and I can´t imagine to spend there a week. Anyway the worst thing is a dust — especially the blankets, pillows, sofa, and curtains; basically, all the textiles. We stayed at the end of October, so it’s possible that no one had stayed in the apartment for quite some time and that the last cleaning had been done a while ago, but it was really unpleasant.
