В квартире все есть для проживания, тихое место , нет шума и близко к морю и набережной . Наличие паркинга очень привлекает эти аппараты.
Не работала посудомоечная машина, на момент проживания, но это не испортило наш отдых.

They charged us 500 EUR deposit. They didn't touched the money and returned back. But I think 500 EUR is a little bit much for such kind of a stay. Furnitures and materials in the house needed to be checked/repaired.

The property is located in close proximity to the beach and other amenities in a protected area.
The kitchen countertop needs repair, the kitchen chairs creak loudly, there were many mosquitoes and no mosquito repellent (such as Raptor). The bed in the bedroom is somewhat cramped for tall people. Almost all cleaning supplies were nearly empty, which made it inconvenient to maintain cleanliness. The checkout time should be clearly stated as 10:00 AM, not "by 12:00."
