The attention to detail of the manager is outstanding. Walking up the stairs in the rain to our villa to deliver umbrellas. The screen on the window was great for fresh air whilst preventing bugs. There's a fan on the balcony as well as an electrical plus so I could work. The bathroom is huge and clean, big fridge, TV & comfy bed. There's a great Khao soi restaurant nearby & local convenience store. The thai breakfast options were delicious!
Nothing, maybe gardens need pruning but it's low season and just an observation. Take your bug spray, you're amongst gorgeous jungle environment.

We love this place. Nice quiet location. Simple rooms, nothing fancy here but very comfortable. Very nice and accommodating staff. Upper rooms have beautiful views. This is our second stay at this property. The breakfast has improved greatly!

I stay 3 nights , if i come back around will stayed here again.

Nice setting and location.
Needs better maintenance and cleaning. Shower is on top of toilet, even though the bathroom is big enough to make a seperation. Bed is quite hard. Instant coffee for breakfast is a big no no in the middle of coffee country!
