We love this place. Nice quiet location. Simple rooms, nothing fancy here but very comfortable. Very nice and accommodating staff. Upper rooms have beautiful views. This is our second stay at this property. The breakfast has improved greatly!

Fabulous little resort in an absolutely stunning location. We had a budget bungalow (no.7) set at the back of the resort, so clean, large, comfy bed and a killer view from the balcony. Breakfast is delicious with a choice of 5 dishes. The staff are lovely, the owner picked us up from the bus station which was a lovely surprise and dropped up back off in Chiang Mai for a very reasonable rate. Outstanding value for money, a gem of a resort in lovely Chaing Dao...can't recommend enough ..

Nice setting and location.
Needs better maintenance and cleaning. Shower is on top of toilet, even though the bathroom is big enough to make a seperation.
Bed is quite hard. Instant coffee for breakfast is a big no no in the middle of coffee country!
