Located one block to beach and close proximity to the pier and village! This very quaint Gust Cottage located at the back of this sweet 1930's beach cottage has been professionally decorated and completely redone by the best architect who typically designs multi-million dollar homes on Sea Island.

This cottage has lots of character! Original wood work, hardwood floors and close proximity to the beach. With its own bedroom, Kitchen and Full Bath, outdoor patio, this cottage is private and perfect for a secluded get away.
This convenient cottage is close to everything near the beach and pier/village where you will enjoy local shops and restaurants which feature some of the finest Georgia seafood!
The interior offers a very comfy and open living room, separate bedroom, open to a kitchen and full bath.

Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

This cute bungalow is in a perfect spot to walk to the beach and the pier village. It is hidden in the back of the main house surrounded by trees and bamboo so it is very private. It is decorated so nicely with lovely antiques and is perfect for 2 people. We truly enjoyed our stay on lovely St Simon’s Island.

This is one of the most magical places we’ve stayed!! The landscaping made it feel secluded but we were across the street from the beach!! The decor and ambiance were snuggly perfection!! Thank you so much!

Clean Place, Great Location, and easy Check-In!The only issue that we had was the internet access in the house was great for the TV but the Wi-FI was either non-existent or very slow. But thanks to Ali at the Property Management Co we received an iPhone hot spot to link to the internet. Not at the speed that we would expect at a nice VRBO property but adequate. We would definitely stay here again if these inconveniences were fixed. Again great place, location, and very clean!
