Great location for the beach tram. Would have been very helpful to know ahead of time that the host does not allow garage access since we rented a golf cart and had to bring all of our beach equipment and coolers since host does not provide any like prior rentals in the same community have in years past. Space for golf cart and clubs, children’s bikes, beach toys/chairs, coolers, etc.. was an issue especially since it rained several times. The fridge ice maker did not work, rental company sent someone over but it did not fix the problem so we did not have ice for the entire stay and the fridge was leaking on the floor. Keurig was listed on amenity list but there was not one at the property. Host was messaged and they did end up providing one. We did love the layout of the home, especially the two king beds and each bedroom having their own bathroom. There are very limited items such as trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and there was no extra toilet paper.

The house is perfect. Plenty of space to hang out or to get some alone time. Wonderful location with a short walk to the Grayton Beach Shuttle. The beach is amazing and is much less crowded than nearby beaches. Grayton is a quick ride or drive to Seaside or Rosemary. If you want the best of 30a, great beach, slow pace, and a wonderful house, stay here!

Great property but cleaning crew needs to focus on quality control. Unfortunately, had difficulties opening door upon arrival. Had to know tricks to the door/cypher lock. Door not properly aligned to the frame and had to push and hold door in order for lock to recognize code and enter property. Sheets were folded and left on bunk beds for us to make. Didn’t appear the vacuum had been run….beer caps under coffee table and crumbs around bed. Even a piece of glass on the floor in the master bedroom. Dirty/wet towels wadded up in pantry. Would stay at property again if assurance that cleaning was done properly.
