About this apartment rental
Our 2 bed 2 bath vacation home is situated within a gated community overlooking the 13th green of the famous PGA West Stadium Course; one of the top 100 golf courses in the world (Golf Magazine). Watch the action from both inside & outside of our south facing condo which has been completely remodeled to match the spectacular views of the lake, mountains & golf course.
We are privileged to host both short-term and long-term guests with stay durations from 4 days to 4 months.
The condo is a single level 1350 sq. ft. unit with a fully updated open floorplan that includes Cal King beds in each bedroom as well as an upgraded sports cable package. (hockey, tennis, basketball, football, etc.). We also have a Queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa.
The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a 60” HD flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything you will need to sit back and relax. The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook.
The Master suite has a Cal King Bed, spacious bathroom with an additional closet for extra storage and a new dual sink vanity. The master bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the back side of the home overlooking the 13th green of the Stadium course. One of the toughest par 3’s on the PGA Tour.
The 2nd bedroom also includes a Cal King bed with a view of the courtyard. The 2nd full bathroom is connected to the guest room but also accessible via the hallway. There is a large closet and dresser providing plenty of space for an extended stay.
There is a patio located off the living room with a table and 4 chairs for your morning coffee as well as two large lounge chairs to relax and watch golf balls land on the green or sometimes in the lake.
A golfer's paradise! The Stadium course is one of the three public courses within PGA West. Beautiful semi-private pools for basking in the sun, tennis, world-class spas, multiple casinos, fine dining, and shopping at nearby El Paseo and Palm Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Stadium Course. The location has an amazing view looking right over the 13th hole. Our morning coffee and evening cocktails could not have been in a prettier setting. Our boys loved golfing with us during the day and really enjoyed the setup and location of the home. It was a perfect little getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything in the home is redone and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I never sleep well on vacation but did on this trip. Lastly, Ken was very communicative both before our trip, and he checked in with us once we arrived at the property. It was comforting to know that he was there if we needed him... although we didn't. :) A great trip! I can't wait to go back!
