Close to the Church and close to friends who live there.

The elevator was having hiccups while we were there but maintenance was on top of the situation.

Everything. Krystal and Rey provide an exception apartment. We always try to book with them when going to Ave.

Not a single thing.

Great location! Publix, stores and restaurants are a walk away. Nice views from the apartment and nice place to go out for a walk.

This apartment is in need of TLC ASAP! As soon as we walked in the laundry closet fell of the rails. The apartment overall was dirty - there was dust on the furniture, crumbs and other stuff in the kitchen cabinets, master bedroom shower had black stains between tiles (mold?), carpets were gross, and the floors were not properly swept. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The trash can was broken (top came off). The microwave was missing the plate. Silverware, cups, and plates were incomplete. Closets were being used as storage. The furniture is in pretty bad shape - some of the dining room chairs/sofa cushion needs to be replaced, tables are super scratched. Only 1 key was given to us (the one in the lockbox) along with 1 FOB which was left inside.
